My wifte and I visited Peklo July 6th 2006. It was a good experience. The atmosphere was very original and romantic. The food great as well. Excellent service also. One of most recommendable restaurants in Prague.

Peklo... What for a marvellous restaurant. My parents, sister and myself went 2 times in Praha, and it was 2 years ago, for New Year's Eve, that we eat for the first time at Peklo. We were surprised by the beauty of the place, original and somewhere spiritual... The food was simply excellent (and the Knedliki... No word to describe it...) and the service was excellent, too. I'll strongly recommend this place to my friends who'd like to visit Prague. I'm so proud to have Czech origins, Prague is an amazing town, as we say in French '' Le joyau de l'Europe''. I'll come back to your restaurant, for sure. Thanks a lot for your good service, food and for this incredible moment spent at your restaurant. Céline - 25-03-06

We visited Peklo December 2005 and I must say that everything was just perfect. Food was divine and service was so friendly and sophisticated that we will remember that dinner for rest of our lives. The atmosphere in your restaurant is unique... like I said... perfect. I think we will see again... Thank you!

I together with my wife, daughter and son in law visited Peklo November 2005 and we very much enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent and the service impeccable as well as the athmosphere was very friendly. Prices are not cheap but we got real value for money. In our opinion it was the best of the restaurants we visited in Prague. The mascot Charlie was also a nice experience. We will certainly recommend all our friends visiting Prague to pay Peklo a visit.

The big dogs name is Charlie!!!! we have been to Peklo 2 or 3 times everytime we visit Prague it's the only to eat. We love the place and advise anyone visiting prague to sample the delights of Peklo.

This is an amazing restaurant with an unparallelled atmosphere. Of all of the places I've eaten in Europe, Peklo is the one that stands out in my mind. Very highly recommended.

We went there 2 days ago, 27 Aug, the day before we finished our Prague trip. We arrived a bit too eariler, 6pm. We thought we could have a dinner. But dinner menu starts at 7:00pm. We had a full set of 'dinner' from a lunch menu :) We enjoyed very much the environment. Nice music and very very good service from a tall, friendly smily guy (sorry that I forgot to ask his name). Must go again if we ever go Prague next time. Also remember to visit the big dog there!

The Lonely Planet guide to Prague doesn't know what its talking about! We were almost put off of visiting Peklo as the book said it was horribly expensive... We went to look for ourselves and were not only bowled over by the look of the place but the prices were absolutely fine! We loved Peklo so much we dined here on the two nights we were in Prague (16/17th July 05). The food is absolutely divine and the menu offers some real gems. The service is absolutely impeccable, and to top it all, our waiter (whose name we didn't get, apologies!) gave us a gift – the CD that was being played in the restaurant after we commented on how much we liked it. How’s that for service over and above?! The little gift the ladies get is also a real winner ….. I won’t spoil the surprise though! An absolutely amazing place to dine – atmospheric, romantic, unique. You must visit Peklo if you’re in Prague and don’t mind paying a fraction above the more mainstream prices of the tourist restaurants in the city - but believe me, for what you actually get for your money it is worth every penny and a whole lot more. We had a bottle of wine, 2 cocktails, a starter, main & dessert followed by coffee and it worked out at around £50 for the two of us. Compared to the places in town where you are bustling for a place along with 100’s of other visitors and the food offered is the same everywhere you look, Peklo is just an oasis of calm and originality. The name of the restaurant may main mean? Hell’ but its anything but. ….

We found this restauaurant by accident while in Prague last year and I am delighted to have found the websiteas we are coming back in November! beautiful atmospheric restaurant and not as expensive as we thought it would be!

We'd seen your restaurant on the web prior to visiting Prague and made it a must to come and see. We eventually got to see it on our final day, and enjoyed a nice few glasses of the Slivovice in the bar area. It was everything we expected it to be, and made our visit to Prague an enjoyable one.
